Terri Pugh has several grandchildren that give her a perspective of caring about the year 2050, when they will all be living the prime of their adulthoods.

She has an MA in International Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA, a passion for supporting underserved communities and an intense interest in building communities around advocacy and protecting the environment and especially the climate for future generations. She is an expert in communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, employees, and organizational leaders in a high-growth, multi-state environment. Skilled in designing, implementing, and executing new processes and policies. Passionate about building trusted partnerships with leaders through consultative and collaborative efforts to ensure the efficient delivery of various programs.
